Bath Time

Bath includes:  shampoo (free of parabens, dyes and DEA), ear cleaning, blow drying, cologne, and brushing.  No grooming or nail clipping.

Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY DURING NON-HOLIDAY PERIODS:

Cancellations may be made up to three (3) days in advance of the time of scheduled arrival with no cancellation fee.  Unless,  the reservation is made for seven nights or more, then 10% of the total reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than 24 hours from the time of arrival will be due in full.  

All DAYCARE reservations cancelled on day of arrival will be due in full.  

All cancellations for any service must be sent via text, messenger or email.

CANCELLATION POLICY DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS:

Cancellations during holiday periods may be made up to seven (7) days in advance of the time of scheduled arrival, with no cancellation fee.  After that period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation will be charged. Cancellations of less than 48 hours are due in full.  All daycare reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to day of arrival will be due in full. All cancellations must be sent via text, messenger or email.  

PLEASE NOTE:  For both non-holiday and holiday cancellations, if by chance we are able to fill the reservations that were cancelled (for each dog the reservation was held for), we will refund 100% of the cancellation fee that was paid.

**For both non-holiday and holiday reservations, no credits will be given for visits cancelled due to a client’s early return. Clients returning home to pick up their pets early will be required to pay for the reserved number of nights.

Holidays are considered:  New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Spring Break (DeSoto County), Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We never ask for deposits, therefore, because we do turn away potential clients when we accept and hold reservations, clients who cancel and do not adhere to our cancellation policy, WILL BE REFUSED FUTURE SERVICES.   Thank you for your understanding.
